奶酪大師

故事梗概：For many years, cheese has been a traditional and authentic product, requiring to produce deep knowledge of pastures and cattle. Today, however, its production is largely industrialized, resulting in a significant loss of taste. 　　很多年以來，奶酪都是一種傳統和地道的食物，生產者需要對牧場和奶牛都有深入的瞭解才能挖掘出它的美味。然而，現代高度工業話的生產過程使得奶酪幾乎完全喪失了原本的風味。本片帶領觀眾去探尋了幾個深藏於高原山谷小溪中，對自然和牲畜都充滿尊重，仍然在用原始的工藝製造奶酪的農場。
